Today, the new menus: Bunker Classics and Evolution take us into the genuine essence of Yugo The Bunker.

With the Bunker Classics menu, Mármol wanted to make a nod to the more traditional proposal of Yugo The Bunker. A sublime composition of exquisite bites that recreate the restaurant’s most acclaimed dishes since its opening. Elaborations that refuse to leave by popular demand and that reflect the more traditional side of Yugo de Bunker.

As a contrast to the Bunker Classics, Julián Mármol has incorporated the Evolution menu, which, as its name suggests, reflects the evolution of the Yugo The Bunker concept. An exceptional proposal where purity prevails and in which Mármol has wanted to eliminate all superfluous elements to always extol the magnificent raw materials he uses for his creations.
