Madrid is getting ready to experience the Spanish Grand Prix off the track as well. As part of this, Zuma Madrid will bring some of the Formula 1 atmosphere to the heart of the capital in partnership with the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team, with whom it collaborates as the Official Lifestyle & Dining Curator.
One of the main attractions will be the presence of a Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 W17 at the restaurant, allowing the public to see a Formula 1 car up close and get a sense of the engineering and precision that define the pinnacle of motorsports. According to information provided by Zuma, it will be one of the few vehicles of its kind on display in Madrid during race weekend.
The initiative is part of a program designed to extend the Grand Prix experience beyond the race itself. Throughout the weekend—and especially after Sunday’s race—Zuma Madrid will extend its hours until 2:00 a.m. The venue will combine its signature contemporary Japanese cuisine with signature cocktails, DJ sets, and live music.

The partnership between Zuma and the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team aims to forge a connection between two worlds traditionally associated with excellence and attention to detail: fine dining and motorsports. Precision, performance, and savoir-faire are among the shared values that underpin this alliance, which extends the Formula 1 experience into areas such as gastronomy, culture, and lifestyle.
The agreement also has an international and long-term dimension. According to both companies, this marks the first time a global dining and lifestyle brand has established a partnership of this nature with a Formula 1 team. The partnership will also be featured in Zuma’s 25th-anniversary celebrations in 2027, with new experiences planned beyond the racetracks.
For Sven Koch, CEO of Azumi Ltd., the partnership represents an evolution in the way Zuma approaches hospitality. Koch notes that Formula 1 shares values with the company—such as performance, precision, and global reach—and frames the agreement as part of a strategy aimed at expanding the brand’s experience beyond conventional dining.
During the Grand Prix, this philosophy will extend to both the restaurant and the bar, designed as gathering places for fans, international visitors, and members of Madrid’s social scene. With the arrival of the Spanish Grand Prix at the new Madring circuit, Zuma Madrid aims to position itself at the intersection of gastronomy, culture, and motorsports, adding to the capital’s calendar an interpretation of the Formula 1 weekend through the lens of contemporary hospitality.
