Developed under the principles of bio-architecture, the villa reflects the humanistic language that defines the work of ARK Architects. The choice of natural materials—such as stone and wood without chemical treatments—together with the use of lime-based paints, underlines the commitment to sustainability, health and respect for the environment. In this project, materiality becomes a fundamental tool for generating well-being and authenticity.
The interior design has been conceived as a natural extension of the architecture. The spaces, furnished with pieces from the ARK Collection, are committed to a timeless design in which real comfort, functionality and the quality of the materials take centre stage. Each room has been designed to accompany the light, frame the landscape and respond to a leisurely and conscious lifestyle.
Villa Geneve also includes areas dedicated to relaxation and personal care, such as an infinity pool with open views, private gardens and a complete wellness area that includes a heated indoor pool, sauna and Turkish bath, as well as a private wine cellar. These elements reinforce a concept of luxury focused on the quality of time and the everyday experience of living.
With contemporary architecture and respectful integration into the landscape, the property offers privileged views of the Mediterranean Sea, North Africa and the mountains of Benahavís.
