It has been a year since Rhudo opened its doors after generating great expectation among the Madrid public. A spectacular restaurant that landed in the capital with an original gastronomic proposal designed by chef Paco Roncero, with the great challenge of revolutionising the gastronomic scene in Madrid. A daring concept, where haute cuisine and spectacle go hand in hand, to offer us a unique atmosphere where we can enjoy a complete experience. Haute cuisine and entertainment make Rhudo one of the new meeting points in the capital, where enjoyment is always guaranteed and where the nights are always magical thanks to its incredible shows.

The menu offers a careful selection of dishes that are a true declaration of intent. Exquisite Mediterranean flavours with avant-garde touches that manage to surprise the most demanding palates and conquer us with impeccable recipes. A gastronomic proposal that includes exclusive lunch menus and original proposals such as the Imperial Lunch on Saturdays or the Festín Brunch on Sundays. Options to suit all tastes, adapted to any occasion and where quality and know-how are always paramount.
In the evenings, Rhudo is transformed into a stage where every day we can enjoy a different show, ranging from lively flamenco to fun disco music that turns dinner into a party like no other. And after the shows, the night continues with a tireless DJ for the more lively crowd who can continue to enjoy drinks and good music in the same space.
Our evening at Rhudo began with an eye-catching brioche of tiger prawns sautéed with green apple and mint salad, mayokimchie and trout roe. A fantastic start, which led us to the sensational Rhudo octopus served over herbed potato confit and seasoned with a delicious smoked paprika cream cheese. A recipe that won us over from the very first bite and which gave way to an original wagyu steak tartar with yellow chilli egg yolk, pickles, crispy tupinambo and tarragon mayonnaise. An unforgettable explosion of flavour in the mouth, which we enjoyed from start to finish, before moving on to savour an exquisite grilled artichoke served on a bed of classic romesco sauce and accompanied by a crispy Iberian ham. A formidable combination of flavours and textures that pleasantly surprised us and which led us to a correct rice dish with mushrooms and Iberian prey.

Our evening ended with an original dessert that appears on the menu as ‘corn’ and is made up of a crunchy flan, toffee, corn ice cream and popcorn. Undoubtedly, a final touch that breaks all the pre-established rules and that will delight even the sweetest palates.
Rhudo has just celebrated its first anniversary and can already boast of being one of the meeting points for the Madrid public. A space conceived to bewilder and enjoy while we savour a magnificent cuisine always enlivened with the best shows.
