Kumbra Yachts is accelerating its international expansion with the launch of the new Kumbra 43

The Spanish shipyard is strengthening its position in the premium segment by focusing on bespoke design, craftsmanship and strategic markets such as Miami and Dubai

Kumbra Yachts continues to consolidate its international growth and its position within the premium yachting segment with the launch of the new Kumbra 43, a vessel that marks a turning point in the Spanish shipyard’s evolution.

In just two years, the company has managed to launch more than 30 boats and double its sales, rising from 15 boats sold last year to more than 30 units forecast for 2026. This growth reflects the rising demand for a new generation of day boats where design, exclusivity and customisation play a central role.

Far removed from mass-production models, Kumbra Yachts has built its identity around a concept it defines as “nautical bespoke craftsmanship”: each vessel is developed on a fully bespoke basis, tailored to the lifestyle of each owner. “We have never built two boats that are exactly the same,” explains Víctor Moure Rocasalbas, the company’s founder and CEO.

The manufacturing process combines technology, contemporary design and a strong artisanal element. More than 60 specialist professionals are involved in the creation of each vessel, from carpenters and laminators to upholsterers, electricians and mechanics, shaping unique boats where the finishes, fine woods and exclusive materials reinforce the brand’s distinctive character.

The launch of the new Kumbra 43 also marks the shipyard’s entry into a larger category within the premium market. Measuring 13.35 metres in length, with capacity for 14 people and an engine output of up to 1,200 hp, the model features technical innovations such as a double-step hull to improve performance and efficiency, as well as smart interiors designed to maximise the on-board experience.

The company has made the customer experience one of the cornerstones of its value proposition. At Kumbra Yachts, the delivery of each yacht is conceived as a deeply personal moment, accompanied by a maiden voyage and personalised service that strengthens the emotional bond between the owner and the vessel.

International expansion is another of the firm’s key strategic priorities. Miami has already become one of its most important markets—where one in three of the brand’s boats is sold—whilst Dubai features among its next global growth targets. This growing international visibility has also sparked the interest of figures from the worlds of sport and music, further cementing the brand’s aspirational appeal.

Behind the project is Víctor Moure Rocasalbas (Barcelona, 2001), a representative of a new generation of yachting entrepreneurs who combines three generations of family experience in the sector with a contemporary vision based on ‘bold elegance’, bespoke design and a clear international focus.

With new models already in development and the aim of gradually expanding its range to include 15- and 18-metre vessels, Kumbra Yachts continues to establish itself as one of the Spanish shipyards with the greatest potential within the high-end yachting world.
