Since last April, the deep blue of the Mediterranean has been caressing the open windows of Isabella’s Llafranc, the exquisite boutique hotel of the Isabella’s Group, which has reopened its doors to welcome the 2025 summer season with a renewed and profoundly elegant proposal. Located in the heart of Llafranc, a seaside village that embodies the most refined essence of the Costa Brava, the hotel has established itself as an essential destination for those seeking authentic, intimate and sensorial luxury.
This enclave of just 26 carefully designed rooms offers a unique hospitality experience, marked by natural light, Mediterranean warmth and a cheerful, sophisticated aesthetic. Every detail – from the fabrics and fine materials to the layout of the space – has been designed to evoke the spirit of a home by the sea, where time slows down and everyday pleasure takes on new forms.

The interior design, signed by the renowned Barcelona studio Quintana Partners, is based on a nostalgic and summery sensibility that recalls the summers of childhood, naps after a swim and after-dinner meals under the shade of the pine trees. The communal spaces – which include a domestic airy reception area, a sun-drenched lounge and a cosy breakfast room – are designed to invite uncluttered disconnection, in tune with the surrounding coastal landscape.
Spread over four floors, the hotel reserves its highlight for the top floor: four spectacular suites with private terraces, panoramic sea views and exclusive pools, conceived for those who want an absolutely memorable stay. On the lower floors, the remaining 22 rooms offer terraces overlooking Llafranc, maintaining the privacy and serene character of the whole.

One of the main protagonists of the Isabella’s experience is its restaurant, already considered one of the most outstanding in the region. Its culinary proposal, firmly rooted in the group’s Italian tradition and enriched with local products, offers a fresh and refined gastronomic fusion. This season’s highlights include dishes such as Tuna Carpaccio with grilled avocado, Tagliolini with prawns and bottarga, Spaghetti Chitarra with clams and tomato, or the sublime Sea and Mountain Dry Rice, a creation that celebrates the union between the sea and the land with exquisite subtlety.
The restaurant has two terraces: a glassed-in terrace that allows you to enjoy the surroundings at any time of the year, and an open-air terrace, at the foot of the promenade, where diners can enjoy the menu accompanied by the sea breeze and the gentle melody of the waves breaking just a few metres away.
