Available on October 31 and November 1, both adults and children can enjoy a terrifying cocktail prepared for the occasion. The Bloody Eye Cocktail, for the little ones, with natural juices, grenadine and eye candy, and for the older ones, the same recipe with the addition of egg white and vodka.
Borja Anabitarte, who studied at the hotel school in Geneva and worked with chef José Mari Arzak, is in charge of the gastronomic proposal of Grupo Mentidero. At only 20 years old, he set up his first restaurant and today, after 20 years, he has the Mentidero Group, with several renowned restaurants, such as Las Brasas, La Sal, and, of course, La Borda del Mentidero, as well as estates for weddings.
