The future Only YOU Hotel Sevilla has a surface area of 15,000 square meters comprising 209 rooms distributed over 8 floors. The first floor, with 1,000 square meters, will be the heart of the hotel and will feature different gastronomic concepts that will be adapted to the daily rhythm of the city, as well as five rooms mainly for holding events or meetings. The hotel also houses an oasis of greenery with a swimming pool with pool bar, daybeds and a Mediterranean design with Arabic influence typical of the city of Seville. The hotel also has its own parking lot.
