‘We have always maintained the idea that this is a space by and for women, fostering a diverse and intergenerational community’

Interview with the founders of Juno House Club

Juno House Club has established itself in the heart of Barcelona as a haven for women seeking inspiration, strategic connections and holistic wellbeing. Coworking and above all private club, it is an ecosystem of growth where professional ambition, personal development and exclusivity merge. We spoke to its founders about the vision that brought Juno House to life, the impact it has had on its members and the future of women’s spaces.

Juno House is an innovative and necessary concept in today’s world.

What was the spark that led you to create this club and what gap in the market did you feel you were filling?

The idea for Juno House was born out of a personal and professional need. After years of working in New York, I missed that feeling of limitless ambition and spaces where women could grow together. When I arrived in Barcelona, I noticed the lack of a place that integrated professional development, wellbeing and female community. So I came up with the idea of creating a private club by and for women, inspired by the Roman goddess Juno, who represents all aspects of female life. We wanted an inclusive and safe space where women could connect, be inspired and grow together.

What aspects have been essential for you from the beginning?

From the beginning, it was clear to us that authenticity, excellence and community would be fundamental pillars. We wanted to build a significant space where women felt seen, accompanied and empowered. The quality of the events and the attention to detail in every corner of the club are designed to generate real value. In addition, we have always maintained the idea that this is a space by and for women, fostering a diverse and intergenerational community.

Female empowerment is in Juno House’s DNA.

How has the perception of female leadership evolved in Spain and what role does your club play in this change?

The perception of female leadership in Spain has evolved significantly. Women are leading with a voice that is more in tune with their own values and more conscious. Juno House plays a key role as a platform to make this new leadership visible: more inclusive, flexible and human. We create spaces where women lead conversations, projects and companies, as well as their own wellbeing. In addition, initiatives such as ‘Juno Woman Made’ give visibility to projects developed in the club, driven by the talent and collaboration between our members.

In addition to networking, Juno offers wellness and personal development programmes. What do members value most?

Our members especially value the feeling of belonging and the possibility to balance their personal and professional life in the same space. We offer everything from yoga and Barre classes to talks on women’s leadership and cultural events. In addition, we have areas such as Little Juno, designed to facilitate family reconciliation. The club has become an ecosystem where women can develop integrally, creating synergies and supporting each other. Check out our community website for more information!
