RTV Real Estate Group has proceeded to the purchase in recent weeks of four plots with planning permission in the Roca Llisa Urbanization in Santa Eularia des Riu, Ibiza, for the construction and subsequent sale of 4 luxury villas.
Exclusive urbanisation and views of Formentera
These plots, with a surface area of more than five thousand square metres between the four of them, have privileged views of the sea and Formentera.
The luxury villas will be located in the Roca Llisa Urbanization, in the municipality of Santa Eularia des Riu and in the parish of Jesús, about 10 km from the centre of the city of Eivissa.
Some of the differential points of the project are: its proximity to the only golf course on the island, its location in an urbanisation with private security and restricted access, and just 200 metres from the sea, with panoramic views of the sea and Formentera.
The surface areas of each of the plots range between 1,100 and 1,400 m² each, they are south-facing and are located on the mountainside closest to the sea, which guarantees enviable privacy as there are no houses in front of them.
Second residence
The four homes in this development are intended for second homes, and will have 4-5 bedrooms, an outdoor swimming pool and garden area with the option of an indoor spa. The total investment will be around 13.5 million euros.
The timeframe for the execution of the entire project will be around two and a half years (about thirty months). The project already has a building permit and work is scheduled to begin in September.
The basic project has been designed by the Carlos de Rojas Architecture Studio, the design studio by Odone Interiorismo (odone.design) and the management and execution of the work by the architectural firm BMA Arquitectura of the architect Adrián Bedoya Mey.
