Oysters Menorca lands in Barcelona thanks to its three founders Tobias Kruijssen, Benito Escat and Pol Castells, three passionate about the sea and gastronomy who have created a unique concept inspired by freshness, quality and the island spirit. The new location in Barcelona has been designed by the prestigious interior design studio Quintana Partners, achieving an atmosphere that combines the relaxed essence of Menorca with an urban and elegant style. The space revolves around a spectacular 6-metre bar, carefully illuminated, with four imposing oysters sculpted in marble displaying a carefully selected selection of fresh seafood.
The restaurant offers a wide variety of seafood and an exceptional selection of oysters imported from the great seas: the Mediterranean, the Atlantic, the North Sea, the Baltic Sea and the Cantabrian Sea.
Its star products include Benoît caviar, a true symbol of the house, and emblematic dishes such as lobster, shrimp or salmon brioche, and its now famous pasta with Benoît caviar.
In addition, Oysters Menorca is an official ambassador for Ruinart, and has a careful selection of the best vintages of this iconic champagne house, ideal for pairing with its gastronomic proposal.
The experience is completed with a sophisticated menu of reinvented classic cocktails, made with improved recipes and secret details that make them a surprising proposal. Each drink has been designed to perfectly accompany the marine essence of the restaurant, adding a fresh, elegant and modern touch.
