Chaumet presents “A Journey Through Nature,” a High Jewelry collection that turns its gaze toward the natural world and the Maison’s historic relationship with the botanical realm. Conceived as a journey through different landscapes, plants, and cultures, the collection translates their shapes, colors, and textures into the language of contemporary jewelry.
Within this journey, rings take center stage. Emeralds, sapphires, aquamarines, diamonds, pearls, and tourmalines are woven into compositions inspired by tea fields, verbena, mint leaves, vanilla blossoms, and cinnamon bark. This selection of pieces reflects different interpretations of nature through color, volume, and movement.
Tea Field, a landscape transformed into a gem
The journey begins with Tea Field, a ring crafted in white gold and emeralds that draws its inspiration from the vivid colors of tea fields. The green of the gemstones and the way the volumes are shaped evoke both the leaves of the plant and the presence and movement of water.
Its reliefs and contours lend fluidity to the composition and create an organic-looking silhouette, in which the landscape is transformed into a piece of fine jewelry.
Verbena Bouquet, lightness and movement
The delicacy of the verbena has inspired ‘Verbena Bouquet’, a creation characterised by its flexibility and sense of lightness. The piece features sapphires from Madagascar and Ceylon, whose hues blend into a composition that captures the dynamism of a floral bouquet.
