The developer Altur Homes, together with the American investment manager Inmsa, has invested more than 20 million euros in Be Lagom, a bet full of differential values with respect to other developments on the Costa del Sol.

The 13 villas that make up this development, located in a natural setting surrounded by nature and with privileged sea views in Benahavís, are ready to live in and only four of them remain to be sold.

This project is unique on the Costa del Sol as it is considered the first ecological and sustainable project in the area.
