A year of record for LVMH

LVMH, Louis Vuitton Möet Hennessy, is a leading French conglomerate in the luxury sector. This conglomerate has 76 major brands including Möet & Chandon, Louis Vuitton, Loewe and Marc Jacobs.

The group has brought to light its record numbers of the past 2022 in which LVMH increased its sales by 23%, exceeding 79.000 million with a profit never seen before of 14.1 billion euros. Historic figures for the conglomerate, which has also made it into the top 10 of the world’s most valuable brands, the first in the luxury sector to do so.

Some of the points that LVMH’ s key drivers of this growth are: the increase in sales in Cognac and Champagne thanks to the value creation that is being done by the management, a great growth in the fashion industry, in particular Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Celine, Fendi, Loro Piana, Loewe and Marc Jacobs and the increase in the French brand’s revenues Louis Vuitton that exceeded for the first time in the history of the 20.000 million euros.
