Mugler returns to the Parisian catwalks with a new runway show concept during the Haute Couture season, which will run from January 23-26, on the first anniversary of the death of founder Thierry Mugler.
Casey Cadwallader, the brand’s designer, has chosen La Villette, a cultural complex located northwest of the city, as the location where he will present the see-now buy-now collection in an immersive and innovative experience. “The new concept will be staged as an immersive experience on all channels and in front of a live audience” the Maison has confirmed.
Cadwallader’s last live physical parade at Mugler was in February 2020, just before the pandemic. Since then, the designer has focused exclusively on shows in video format.
Although this time it is a prêt-à-porter collection, it will be the show that will put the finishing touch to the Paris Haute Couture season .
