There are ways to start the day, and then there’s doing so without watching the clock, surrounded by greenery in one of the city’s most iconic gardens. This season, El Jardín del Ritz is revamping its weekend breakfast offering to make it an even more comprehensive and flexible experience.
Under the concept ‘Breakfast Off The Clock’, the iconic space at the Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid invites you to rediscover the pleasure of leisurely mornings with new, extended opening hours: Friday to Sunday, from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm, allowing you to enjoy breakfast with greater freedom and without rushing.

The menu is structured around three options designed to suit different occasions and appetites. The Garden Breakfast includes fresh fruit and a choice of main course, whilst the Special Breakfast adds the day’s pastries, and the Grand Breakfast rounds off the experience with a selection of 100% acorn-fed Iberian ham and Spanish cheeses.
Among the main dishes, highlights include creations that combine ingredients and techniques, such as eggs Benedict with Iberian ham, Périgord sauce and truffle, scrambled eggs with spider crab and white prawns, or the melt-in-the-mouth Iberian ham and Manchego cheese sandwich. For those who prefer lighter options, the menu offers dishes such as yoghurt with homemade granola and red berries, or avocado toast with fresh spinach and macadamia nuts.

Each breakfast comes with a choice of drink: juice, coffee or tea, alongside a carefully curated selection ranging from fresh juices and smoothies to classic cocktails such as the Mimosa or the Bellini, as well as an outstanding selection of cavas and champagnes for those seeking a more vibrant take on breakfast.
In short, El Jardín del Ritz’s Breakfast Off The Clock has evolved to offer a versatile and sophisticated experience, where cuisine and surroundings come together to make breakfast one of the highlights of the weekend.
