Madrid is establishing itself as the epicentre of experiential luxury with the arrival of a unique offering from Chaumet. From 9 April to 31 August 2026, the historic French Maison is presenting a sophisticated tea time in collaboration with the Mandarin Oriental Ritz, one of the capital’s most iconic hotels. The chosen setting, the majestic Palm Court, thus becomes the backdrop for an experience that transcends gastronomy to venture into the realm of the senses and the arts.
Inspired by Chaumet’s iconic Bee collection, this encounter between fine jewellery and haute cuisine offers a delicate journey through shapes, textures and flavours that evoke the brand’s naturalist universe, renowned for its connection with nature for almost 250 years. The culinary offering has been conceived by two leading figures: chef Thomas Storck, responsible for the savoury creations, and pastry chef Lidia Del Val Sánchez, creator of the desserts, who elegantly reinterpret the floral and geometric motifs of the collection.

Every detail has been carefully designed to reflect the Bee aesthetic: from the presence of the characteristic honeycomb patterns to a colour palette dominated by golden hues. The result is an exclusive menu where technical precision and creativity interact with the Maison’s savoir-faire, transforming every bite into an extension of its jewellery universe.
Following the success of its first venture in Paris in 2025, Chaumet has chosen Madrid as its new gourmet destination, reinforcing the city’s position as a key destination on the international luxury circuit. This collaboration not only celebrates artisanal excellence but also redefines the concept of tea time, elevating it to a high-level cultural and aesthetic experience.
