To coincide with the start of the 2026/27 UEFA Champions League season, Hublot is unveiling a new take on one of its most recognisable designs. The Big Bang Reloaded UEFA Champions League Titanium Ceramic is the eighth watch to emerge from the collaboration between the Swiss watchmaker and the European competition, a partnership that dates back to 2015.
The new timepiece translates some of the visual elements associated with the tournament into the language of fine watchmaking. Its 44 mm case, crafted from satin-finished and polished titanium, is paired with a bezel in polished titanium and blue ceramic. The same shade, closely linked to the identity of the Champions League, extends to a matt-finished skeletonised dial that offers a glimpse of the watch’s mechanical architecture.
At its heart beats the Unico HUB1280, an in-house automatic chronograph with a column wheel. Comprising 354 components, it operates at a frequency of 4 Hz and provides approximately 72 hours of power reserve. The case back, crafted from satin-finished blue ceramic, features a sapphire crystal bearing the competition’s logo, reinforcing the link between the timepiece and the world of European football.
The sporty aesthetic continues on the strap, which combines blue rubber with white calfskin adorned with stars and blue stitching, and is finished with a titanium folding clasp. Water-resistant to 100 metres, the watch is also presented in a box accompanied by a miniature replica of the UEFA Champions League trophy and a hologram.
Beyond its design, the launch highlights a partnership that, over the course of eleven seasons, has placed Hublot at the heart of some of European football’s most high-profile moments. The brand’s association with the sport, however, goes back further: its history of collaborations dates back to 2006 and has included international competitions, European clubs and various UEFA tournaments.
The Big Bang Reloaded UEFA Champions League Titanium Ceramic will be limited to 100 pieces and is now available through Hublot boutiques and the brand’s online store.
A limited-edition timepiece that once again brings together two areas which Hublot has been exploring in parallel for years, mechanical precision and the intensity of a competition in which, particularly in its final minutes, time takes on a meaning of its own.
