BLESS Ibiza The Site raises the bar for hotel design on the island with a project by Lázaro Rosa-Violán

Palladium Hotel Group’s new luxury hotel, part of The Site Ibiza resort, offers a contemporary interpretation of the Mediterranean through its interior design, art and use of materials

BLESS Ibiza The Site, the Palladium Hotel Group’s new luxury hotel which opened on 5 June, features an interior design concept created by Lázaro Rosa-Violán’s studio. Forming part of The Site Ibiza – a destination that combines five-star hospitality, haute cuisine, art, retail and entertainment – the hotel brings the sophisticated identity of BLESS Collection Hotels to life through a spatial language deeply rooted in the island.

The project takes as its starting point the nautical imagery of the Mediterranean, the essence of the Balearic Islands and the emotional connection that Ibiza shares with its visitors. Drawing on these themes, the studio has crafted an aesthetic narrative that flows through the hotel’s various spaces, using a palette dominated by whites, sandy tones and marine blues, in harmony with materials such as linen, wood, natural stone and brass. The result is a serene and enveloping atmosphere, where texture and light take centre stage.

Art occupies a central position within the concept, integrated into the various areas as part of a contemporary approach that lends character and continuity to the whole. This vision is evident in La Sabina, a light-filled space defined by pale tones, textured wallpapers, handcrafted ceramic murals and bespoke bars, designed to mark the start of the day with relaxed elegance.

Right on the beachfront, COYA Ibiza introduces a Peruvian-inspired aesthetic in which wood, metals, murals and warm lighting coexist with a carefully curated interplay of textures. The space translates the brand’s social and cosmopolitan energy into an atmosphere with a strong personality, where cultural references and handcrafted details shape a meeting place characterised by warmth, character and a festive spirit.

This concept also extends to the COYA guest rooms, where upholstered headboards, walnut detailing, wardrobes combining wood and fabric, and joinery featuring textured glass create an intimate and sophisticated experience. The bathrooms, clad in natural marble, incorporate a selection of materials tailored to the category of each room, reinforcing the attention to detail that characterises the project.

Outside, The Palm Club and its swimming pools enhance the experience through a succession of settings where vegetation, shaded areas, Balinese beds and wooden decking blend seamlessly together. A bespoke central bar acts as the focal point of the space, whilst elements such as a large marine-inspired panel and a bar counter featuring illuminated wicker fish introduce a touch of craftsmanship that reinforces the complex’s Mediterranean identity.

With BLESS Ibiza The Site, Lázaro Rosa-Violán has created a project in which interior design, art and materials come together to create a cohesive and sensory experience. The opening reinforces the Palladium Hotel Group’s commitment to a concept of contemporary luxury that is mindful of its surroundings and tailored to cosmopolitan travellers seeking design, gastronomy and culture all in one destination.
