Designed by renowned architectural firm Archer Humphryes, The Lighthouse Restaurant & Bar Dubai Hills offers a setting that combines sleek modern design with warm and welcoming details. This new location is a true sanctuary, with an aesthetic that balances refined luxury with cosy charm, designed to suit multiple occasions, from intimate dining to vibrant social gatherings. With options for bar seating, private lounges and high tables, the restaurant’s design is versatile and tailored to the diverse tastes of its visitors.
The culinary offering at Dubai Hills features an exclusive menu that explores Mediterranean flavours fused with reinvented classics. Among the highlights, diners can enjoy short rib katayef with green chilli marmalade, or exquisite pistachio pesto linguini with burrata, a dish that promises a perfect combination of textures and flavours. Seafood aficionados will find the harissa-crusted sea bass with roasted vine leaves a sublime main course, finished with lemon, olive oil and fresh chives.
In tune with the ambience, the cocktail menu reflects the creativity of the region’s leading mixologists.
