A tempting non-stop offering that we can enjoy from Monday to Sunday, from 1:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., at the competitive price of thirty-five euros per person.
An original aperitif in the stunning setting of the Palacio de Saldaña, consisting of three exquisite bites designed by renowned chef Aurelio Morales. This trio of delights is perfectly paired with the delicious St. Petroni vermouth.
ABYA’s playful menu, named ‘ALL DAY Aperitivo,’ features three small but flavourful bites that showcase the chef’s expertise, honed in top kitchens like CEBO.
It’s a splendid way to enjoy summer in the tranquillity of Madrid, beginning with the delightful St. Petroni vermouth, offering a warm welcome before indulging in the tempting Russian salad with tuna belly. Delicate and delicious, the menu continues with a delightful honey-drizzled battered aubergine. This exquisite bite is followed by one of the restaurant’s classics: their traditional Iberian ham croquettes.
Before leaving, we couldn’t resist trying the irresistible molten cheesecake, accompanied by a delicate milk meringue ice cream. A decisive finale that tempts us to return to ABYA soon to explore the new additions to their menu. Four new dishes that will leave no one indifferent, such as the Spanish omelette with scarlet prawn stew and caramelised onion, the line-caught baby squid in an Asian stir-fry, the tuna tataki, or the roasted and glazed beef rib.
