They say that unity is strength, and when it comes to joining brands with the same philosophy, know-how, and eagerness to embark on new projects, the result can only be something very special. Torralbenc, the luxury oasis of the Mediterranean located on the island of Menorca, has decided to partner with the prestigious Joselito ham brand and Maison Ruinart, the epitome of the world’s most select and exquisite champagnes, to prepare a unique gastronomic pop-up.
During the summer months, from July 15th to August 31st, Torralbenc will offer an exclusive gastronomic space featuring Joselito products. The menu will include specially crafted recipes, paired with a carefully selected champagne offering from Maison Ruinart. Available for dinner every day of the week and by reservation in the hotel’s beautiful gardens, the space will be open to both guests and visitors eager to indulge.
Joselito, declared the Best Ham in the World, was founded by the Gómez family in 1868. Their 100% natural products, without preservatives or additives, are now recognized by the best chefs nationally and internationally. Undoubtedly, the perfect partnership with Torralbenc to create a menu where ham will be the star, alongside their full range of Iberian products
Maison Ruinart, on the other hand, is the oldest established champagne house, exclusively producing champagne since 1729. Founded by Nicolas Ruinart in the Champagne region, in the city of Reims, it has become the epitome of excellence in serving this type of beverage worldwide. The perfect pairing for a dinner that will leave no palate indifferent.
And of course, the gardens of Torralbenc are the perfect setting to experience this gastronomic delight. With its lush vegetation, the sound of birds, and unobstructed views. Even more so after recently being awarded a Michelin Key, a new distinction from the prestigious Michelin Guide that recognizes the most exceptional establishments. Not to mention, it is the only establishment in Menorca to have both a Michelin Key for accommodation and a restaurant recommendation in the same Michelin Guide.
Furthermore, the resort has been recommended by the Repsol Guide since its opening in 2013. It also boasts a wine cellar awarded with two glasses by the prestigious Wine Spectator magazine since 2021, and three stars in The World of Fine Wine awards in 2023.
