On the eve of the spookiest night of the year, the Zielou restaurant prepares to welcome its guests with a gastronomic show that promises to take palates to a world of mysterious and exciting flavors. With the culinary creativity of executive chef Juan Sanchez at the helm, Zielou has launched an exclusive Halloween menu that is sure to send shivers down the spine of lovers of good food and the festive spirit of the season.
Zielou’s Halloween menu in Tim Burton style
From the moment diners walk through Zielou’s doors, they will be greeted by an atmosphere shrouded in mystery and spooky Tim Burton-inspired décor, from the staff costumes, to the animation, to the photocall….. However, the most intriguing thing awaits in its dishes, where chef Juan Sanchez has deployed his culinary magic to create a menu that celebrates the spirit of Halloween in a unique way.
The menu begins with innovative starters to share:
- Vegan bolognese wanton with spicy pineapple tartar and guajillo chili sauce.
- Flame grilled scallops with citrus sauce and fresh Chinese chives, served with Sicilian gremolata and French lemon curd cream.
- Beet gnocchi with garlic shrimp.
- Artisan burrata from Puglia.
Then, a main course of your choice between Grilled josper’s grilled grouper with spiced pumpkin cream sauce o Mellow Angus cheeks with creamy parsnip and miso. To accompany these dishes, you will be able to enjoy an exquisite wine cellar selected with white wine Cuarto Lote, D.O. Madrid and red wine Terrazas de los Andres, D.O. Mendoza, Argentina. As icing on the cake, Zielou closes this special menu with a cocktail prepared by mixologist Juan Carlos Fernández exclusively for the occasion: Volcán Blanco.
For dessert, Zielou surprises with a very special chocolate bar because some of them hide a secret, a Golden ticket with which to obtain incredible prizes.
The special Halloween menu will only be available on October 31 for a price of 58€ per person (VAT included), and reservations must be made in advance.
