The chef Ale Alcántara, renowned for winning over former President Barack Obama during his visit to the Bache San Pedro tavern in Seville, inaugurates Beduino, his new and eagerly anticipated restaurant located on the emblematic Paseo Marítimo of Cádiz.
Trained under the guidance of chefs such as Martín Berasategui, Eneko Atxa, or Sergi Arola, Ale Alcántara. From an early age, at 23, he was already working as a head chef, and his career has taken him to refine his craft in diverse locations such as Brazil and London.
Ale is known for his participation in television programs such as ‘Masterchef’, where he continues to be among the chefs who teach at the school, and ‘Cocineros al Volante’, as well as his collaboration on ‘El Show de Bertín’ on Canal Sur.
