The creators of the legendary restaurant chain La Vaca Argentina surprised us a couple of years ago with a new project in the lively neighbourhood of Chueca. A new meat temple in the capital that opened under the seductive name of Raza Madrid. A cosy restaurant in the heart of Madrid with a grill and exceptional cuts of meat that soon became the talk of the town.
Raza Madrid was very well received from the very beginning and was a resounding success in record time. For this reason, its creators were encouraged to continue expanding this new proposal, which has just opened the doors of a second location, Raza Madrid Bernabéu. Same concept. Same aesthetics. Same quality.
At Raza Madrid Bernabéu, exquisite cuts of meat await us that will delight the most carnivorous palates. A beautiful restaurant located at number eleven on Calle Juan Ramón Jiménez in Madrid, where flavour and good times are always guaranteed.
On our first visit to Raza Madrid’s new restaurant, we began with a sensational mini steak tartar with quail egg, which gave way to a magnificent grilled octopus with mashed potatoes and ajada. A formidable dish that gave way to a delicious grilled avocado with caprese tempered salad. Delicate, seductive and delicious, it led to the awaited moment of the meats, which took the form of a low loin of Galician blonde beef, which we accompanied with some correct Padrón peppers.
We finished with a delicious cheesecake with dulce de leche that gave us a delicious sweet ending to a memorable evening at Raza Madrid Bernabéu.
