Madrid hosts thanks to the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week and Madrid es Moda the bulk of Spanish fashion. This edition will be told from two points, the MBFWM runway shows will present the collections for spring and summer 2024 and the MeM events will showcase the work that fashion creators are doing.
The 78th edition of the Madrid catwalk arrives with a powerful calendar full of great designers who are already established in the world of Spanish fashion and with new names to bet on, as they will be the future of the history of thread and needle.
Pedro del Hierro opens the Ifema fashion shows on September 14, along with Ynésuelves, Jorge Vázquez, Simorra, Claro Couture and Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada. On the 15th Dolores Cortés, Isabel Sanchís, Hannibal Laguna, Mans, Custo Barcelona, Teresa Helbig and Malne will hold their fashion shows. On the 16th, firms such as Aurelia Gil, Ulises Mérida, Fely Campo, Odette Álvarez, JCPajares, Lola Casademunt by Maite and Andrew Procrid will show their proposals. On Sunday 17 comes EGO with new creators: Tiscar Espadas, Visori, Crack, Binya. Georgiela Studio, Corsicana, Boltad, Emeerree, Javier Guijarro and Dominika Kozáková (from Prague).
In addition, on September 15 and 16, the parades framed in the OFF platform, which will not take place at IFEMA, will also be held. Among them, those of Eduardo Navarrete, María Lafuente, Maison Mesa, Rafael Urquizar, Ángel Schlesser and Pilar Dalbat. In addition to these actions, Madrid es Moda will also present its street activity with designers Juan Duyos, Acromatyx, Leandro Cano, Juan Vidal and Devota&Lomba, among others.
