A Mediterranean burst like never before felt on the Costa del Sol. In July, Eva Estepona opens its doors as the new hotspot of the season, a restaurant, beach club, and venue for the most hedonistic and glamorous gastronomy, evenings, and parties, under the Andalusian sun or the most seductive night sky, facing a sea that connects Greece and Spain, bridging cultures and lifestyles across Europe.
Inspired by the Greek goddess of water, from whom it takes its name, Eva brings a unique offering to the Marbella and surrounding scenes through an unprecedented blend of Greek tradition and the dynamism of southern Spain. With its Greek-rooted cuisine mixed with local touches and accompanied by the most provocative immersive entertainment, Eva invites guests to indulge in culinary, experiential, and emotional pleasures from noon till dawn.
Beach club and restaurant with Greek essence and Andalusian splendor
Inspired by the timeless elegance of Greek aesthetics, Eva has been designed by the award-winning architecture firm YODEZEEN, creating a harmonious landscape that transports one to a mythical antiquity through its iconic palette of blue and white, while earth tones embrace the warmth of the Spanish sun.
With magnificent views of Christ Beach and up to 70 sunbeds overlooking it, Eva is the premier spot in Estepona to witness the magical postcard-worthy sunset over the Pillars of Hercules, where Gibraltar meets Morocco. Here, guests can sunbathe, savor culinary delights, toast with sparkling cocktails, or dance to the beats of live DJs.
Its exteriors make a bold statement, with facades and outdoor spaces capturing the essence of Santorini, bringing it into the coolest Spanish atmosphere.
Spanning 5,500 m² across two floors, the entrance dazzles like a Greek villa, with its mosaic floors, arched windows, and radiant natural light. Eva features a main restaurant with seating for 120 guests, boasting a wide seafood bar serving outstanding oysters, prawns, and fresh scallops, as well as a gem of an outdoor terrace and a bar with the Mediterranean tree par excellence: the olive tree. Additionally, it will offer a more intimate dining experience on the first floor for around 70 guests.
The outdoor beach club, on the other hand, combines whitewashed, blue, and terracotta tones, accented by the color of bougainvillea, following the journey between Spain and Greece. Olive trees and parasols sway with the sea breeze in front of an impressive mosaic-floored infinity pool.
Mediterranean flavor fusion
In the various spaces, Eva will serve a bold fusion of Greek and Mediterranean flavors, where tradition meets innovation in an explosion for the palate. Chef Alejandro Rivera, with eight years at the forefront of Grupo Dani García, has crafted a culinary journey spanning the Mediterranean with recipes set to become renowned successes. These include hummus, manouri cheese with honey and truffle, tirokafteri (a yogurt dish with roasted red pepper, feta cheese, red chili, and Padrón pepper), and seafood orzo pasta featuring lobster among others.
Pablo Magdalena, known from DRY Martini by Javier de las Muelas and ROKA restaurants, curates each evening with cocktails that seem to come straight from Mount Olympus. Cocktails like Zeus (rum, pistachio, coconut, pineapple, and lime), Aphrodite (vodka, gin, lychee, and rose water), and Poseidon (gin infused with extra virgin olive oil, sherry, basil, and Angostura) tempt guests to indulge until late into the night, accompanied by shows and musical performances that will further elevate the space into a vibrant and authentic celebration.
