The Luxembourg fund Shaftesbury is going to build a project of 50 luxury apartments in El Viso, specifically in the former Telefónica headquarters on Antonio Pérez street, next to Velázquez and Joaquín Costa .
The price of the properties is up to 3 million euros. This is the price for the most expensive penthouse, which has 245 m² and four bedrooms.
