A loyal clientele that encouraged its creators, the married couple Santos Baeza and Ana Manzanaque, to continue its expansion. In our visit to Arrocería Balear, we started by sharing their award-winning ensaladilla, which won the first prize of the Community of Madrid in 2022. A delicate and exquisite recipe, which conquered us with its touch of peppers and the delicious flavor of the olive oil. We continue with some formidable grilled artichokes. A light, healthy and very tasty option that led to some delicious clams in a marinara style that invite you to dip in its unctuous sauce and completely lose your shape. A real delicacy, which gave way to some very tasty “chipirones a la andaluza”.

Among the rice dishes, we chose the arroz a banda with squid and shrimp. One of the most demanded rice dishes of Arrocería Balear. As soon as we tried it, we understood why. Absolutely exquisite.
