The iconic Italian brand Versace has taken a bold step in the Spanish real estate market by partnering with RGZ Developers to design “Ocho de Oro”, a project consisting of eight ultra-exclusive villas in the luxurious area of Nueva Andalucía, Marbella. This project marks the first residential endeavour of the iconic Italian brand on Spanish soil, capturing market attention and promising to redefine luxury standards in the region.
The villas, each situated on plots of approximately 2000m², will feature the distinctive design of Versace Home, combining elegance and sophistication to offer residences renowned for their stunning panoramic and sea views. The interior and exterior design of these properties will reflect the opulent and distinctive style characteristic of the brand, ensuring each villa is a unique work of luxury and exclusivity.
According to reports, Versace’s Ocho de Oro will feature five bedrooms and six bathrooms, along with a vertical atrium connecting the three floors of each villa, as well as expansive gardens and several pools, including a heated one.
These villas will be launched on the market with an initial price of €10 million per unit. RGZ Developers has indicated that the value of the properties could rise by up to 35% as units are sold, enhancing exclusivity and high demand in the luxury real estate market.
RGZ Developers has confirmed that the project already has the necessary licence, with construction expected to begin in autumn 2024. The company has also highlighted Marbella’s growing appeal as a burgeoning luxury destination for investors and high-net-worth buyers.
