The founder of Inditex has taken over Dublin’s Opus building, which is located in the city’s business and technology district.
The building has 120 apartments, 24 one-bedroom, 74 two-bedroom and 22 three-bedroom apartments with direct views of the South Dublin waterfront.
The building has several services for its users, 24-hour concierge, restaurant and cafeteria on the first floor and rooftop terraces, a gym, subway parking, luxury car-sharing service, laundry and dry cleaning.
The transaction amounted to 100 million euros and is the third investment in the real estate segment by the Galician businessman.
