The MC20 Notte edition celebrates the daring spirit that has always driven the Trident, since the day Maserati first competed in one of the most legendary races in history.
The MC20, which marks the Trident’s return to its supercar roots and combines sportiness and luxury, now comes closer to its racing soul with the Notte Edition, an exclusive run of 50 units worldwide whose design is inspired by the mystical and intense power of darkness. A roaring creature, conceived to seduce and aesthetically enhance its already extraordinary performance powered by the V6 Nettuno engine.
Drawing inspiration from the fascinating world of racing, the Maserati Fuoriserie team has collaborated with Andrea Bertolini, Maserati’s reference driver and former GT1 world champion with the Trident, to develop the bodywork of the MC20 Notte. Its exterior goes from a glossy black tone to a magnetic matte “nero essenza” shade ready to glow in the dark thanks to the “Midas touch” of circuit predator Bertolini, which turns the details – the Trident, the side logos and the Maserati signature – from silver to matte white gold, reviving the glorious automotive memories of the brand.
The 20″ matte black birdcage wheels have matte white gold accents, while the brake calipers are black. Inside, the MC20 Notte features 6-way power sport seats in black/grey Alcantara with yellow stitching. The unmistakable Trident is on the headrests and the Alcantara sports steering wheel has carbon fiber inserts. Between the two headrests an exclusive metal plate celebrating the MC20 Notte Edition has been applied along with the distinctive signature “UNA DI 50” (one of 50).
Fuoriserie” means “custom-made” in Italian, and our Trident customization program is designed to create unique rolling sculptures for our customers. The MC20 Notte celebrates the thrill of racing and the allure of the night by combining supreme performance and Italian elegance with a touch of mystery of the nocturnal world. It is the first limited edition Fuoriserie of the MC20 and is dedicated to supercar collectors and track enthusiasts,” said Klaus Busse, Maserati’s Head of Design.
To celebrate the launch of the Maserati MC20 Notte Edition, global brand ambassador and MC20 enthusiast David Beckham and Andrea Bertolini are the stars of a compelling short film, in which Beckham’s dazzling MC20 is transformed into a new racing creature that goes through the night through the city and the racetrack.
After an exclusive preview for Maserati Tridente members, the MC20 Notte is now available worldwide and its future owners will be invited to experience the thrill of a Maserati track driving experience, so they can savor the sensations of the new exclusive Trident model.
