Longer and brighter days. Rising temperatures. Spring lands in the capital, and Grupo China Crown has taken advantage of this change of season to incorporate new dishes into the menus of all their restaurants.
Shangai Mama, Le Petit Dim Sum, Sushi Bar Tottori, China Crown, and their latest opening at La Finca Grand Café, Indochina Brasa. The beautiful restaurants of Chinese entrepreneur María Li Bao immerse us in striking spaces that always stand out for their careful aesthetics, where we can enjoy an exotic journey to the Asian continent through our taste buds.
On this occasion, we visit one of the locations of Le Petit Dim Sum, the one located at number forty-eight on Lagasca Street in Madrid. A charming restaurant in the heart of the Salamanca neighborhood, where you can savor authentic recipes of genuine Cantonese cuisine that are truly wonderful.
We started by enjoying some original duck croquettes. A recipe that successfully fuses Asian and Spanish cuisine, which we thoroughly enjoyed before trying some striking dim sum of a bright yellow color, filled with a delicious mix of spider crab and prawns. We continued with some delicious crispy duck rolls, which are ideal for sharing, as well as the tasty Sichuan-style prawn wontons with their characteristic spicy touch.
We continued our gastronomic adventure to the Asian continent with a fun crispy Sichuan-style chicken. A colorful and very spring-like dish that we enjoyed accompanied by sensational fried rice with shrimp and vegetables.
To finish, we succumbed to a delicate thin apple tart with vanilla ice cream, which is a true delight. The perfect final touch that will undoubtedly conquer the sweetest palates.
Le Petit Dim Sum welcomes spring with a well-chosen selection of new dishes that are worth trying. Fresher and lighter dishes of authentic Cantonese cuisine that guarantee an unforgettable evening, transporting us to Imperial China through our taste buds.
A most tempting plan… Don’t you think?
