Lebanese designer Elie Saab has presented his spring/summer 2023 Haute Couture collection in Paris, at the imposing Le Carreau Du Temple market.
The collection, named “Golden Dawn”, is inspired by Thailand. The palette used for each of the looks is neutral, mixing whites and golds with baby blues and pale pink, in which we have been able to see stunning dresses and some touches of men’s fashion.
The collection was an exquisite example of haute couture, featuring garments with undulating embroidery and precious stones, all handmade with silk threads in the designer’s atelier.
The naked dresses have also had prominence making it clear that the transparencies are also land of elegance and exclusivity. Blanca Padilla, the most international Spanish model, wore one of these transparent dresses in aqua blue and golden stones.
In addition, in some of the dresses the designer wanted to add large chiffon loops at the neckline giving volume to the creation.
