This agreement will involve the joint development of the aforementioned real estate projects that will have exclusive services in the port facilities, which will be a benchmark in terms of sustainability. The alliance also includes the acquisition of the naming rights for five years, so the marina will be renamed as Cívitas Puerto Banús.
The investments to be made by the Extremadura-based company in all these projects will exceed 80 million euros over 5 years. It has also acquired one of the few urban plots of land in the Los Robledos area, owned by Puerto Banús. In the future, luxury homes will be built in this area, which will have exclusive services such as mooring in Cívitas Puerto Banús or access to the VIP parking.
