The winery El Capricho of Jos\u00e9 Gord\u00f3n<\/strong> is considered the best beef restaurant in the world<\/strong>. From Jim\u00e9nez de Jamuz in Le\u00f3n<\/strong>, the group has a livestock farm, a meat industry, a rural hotel and has recently created the Gord\u00f3n Winery where they produce wines from the Jamuz Valley.<\/p>\n\n

This February at the winery El Capricho<\/strong> the XIX gastronomic days are inaugurated<\/strong>, in which the restaurant has a tasting menu that is available to its customers throughout the month. <\/p>\n\n

This year’s event commemorates the cuisine of Ecuador and Colombia<\/strong>, combining El Capricho’ s famous beef<\/strong> with the flavors of these two countries. In addition, from El Capricho de Jos\u00e9 Gord\u00f3n<\/strong>, its chef Diego Nahuel Z\u00e1rate <\/strong>has counted on the presence of great chefs from Latin America. <\/p>\n\n
