His speciality, sushi, is presented in an exquisite selection that includes fish and seafood sashimi, moriawase, nigiris, veggie rolls, Sh\u00f4ko rolls, spicy tuna roll, beef uramaki with truffle, fusion salmon and the irresistible Crispy ebi roll. A proposal that reinterprets Japanese haute cuisine with a Mediterranean soul and local products, ideal for pairing with the carefully selected signature cocktails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
