On the 17th of January, as every year, the International Day of Italian Cuisine was celebrated. An important date in the calendar, which pays tribute to the culinary richness of our neighbouring country and which the renowned Big Mamma group has turned into a perfect opportunity to praise the true architects of flavour. Those small Italian producers who, with their effort and passion, keep alive the authenticity of each ingredient, who make it possible to recreate those traditional recipes of Italian gastronomy that are preserved from generation to generation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With more than one hundred and seventy carefully selected suppliers in every corner of Italy, Big Mamma has managed to transfer the essence of the different regions of our neighbouring country to each of its dishes. From the sunny lands of Naples to the hills of Emilia-Romagna, the search for the best ingredients from each area has taken shape in a seductive menu composed of delicious dishes that always tell stories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
