Colourful and fun, in the form of an irresistible coriander and jalape\u00f1o cremita accompanied by some eye-catching red corn tortilla chips that provided a perfect crunch to this delicious welcome detail that led to some impressive red shrimp croquettes, with smoked chipotle and a b\u00e9chamel base that are a true gastronomic jewel. A formidable explosion of flavour in the mouth, with an extremely creamy texture that led us to some exotic vegetable gyozas with red curry and pico de gallo that won us over with their spicy touch before taking us straight to the vegetable garden with artichokes with red pepper and celeriac. A simple but powerful recipe, which we enjoyed from start to finish, before surrendering to the delicious flavour of the mock mellow rice with octopus, white prawns, rouille and parmesan, which made
