Q\u00fa&#8217;s new dishes have been conceived to tell stories and awaken emotions with every bite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our evening at Q\u00fa began with a delicate Russian salad topped with black olive powder. An exquisite appetizer, which gave us a warm welcome as they prepared the delicious grilled artichokes with Iberian ham that we enjoyed next. A simple recipe, but a resounding one, which led us to some impressive cod fritters with aji amarillo pepper mayo, which gave them a fun punch of flavour and the right spicy touch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure An elegant and exquisite dish, which we thoroughly enjoyed, as well as the resounding bacalao al pil pil, which with its irresistible sauce, made us gulp down the dish to the last drop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To finish, there was nothing better than a formidable mille-feuille. Crunchy and sweet, but not at all cloying, it is always the perfect finishing touch to bring the evening to a close.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Q\u00fa, a charming meeting point, elegant and versatile, which adapts to any time and occasion, turning each visit into an unforgettable memory.
