That corner of Madrid’s Calle de Juan Bravo, where the restaurant P\u00f3lvora was located, now houses the second branch of El Rinc\u00f3n de Vespok. A restaurant that opened its doors years ago, in the quiet neighbourhood of Puerta de Hierro, to delight us with a charming location. An old hermitage transformed into a pleasant restaurant, with a wonderful terrace that becomes a real oasis in the capital when the weather permits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, and since a few weeks ago, we can also enjoy the charm and classic cuisine of El Rinc\u00f3n de Vespok in Madrid’s Calle de Juan Bravo, more specifically at number 23, where until recently the restaurant P\u00f3lvora, also part of the Vespok 360 Group, was located.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tradition and modernity combine in a balanced way at El Rinc\u00f3n de Vespok with a carefully designed interior design project that takes shape in an extremely welcoming and elegant space. A classic restaurant, where you can enjoy traditional flavours with its personal touch, in a pleasant atmosphere that encourages disconnection and enjoyment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On our visit to this new opening of El Rinc\u00f3n de Vespok, we began by savouring some delicious garlic prawn tails with a balanced spicy touch that we enjoyed from start to finish, before going on to try a delicious burrata with avocado and tomato tartar. We also tried some very tasty artichoke flowers confit with romescu and ham salt which were a real spectacle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
