During our visit to the Santo Domingo Terrace, we start by savoring a delicious appetizer of fabes with clams and borrajas, a tasty stew that warms the body before delving into the tempting menu, which includes options for all tastes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We continue with an original burrata salad made with a variety of sprouts, creamy burrata, crispy spiced bread, a touch of tapenade and light pesto on a seductive bed of cherry gazpacho reminiscent of salmorejo. A well-composed dish that we enjoy from start to finish, before moving on to try a fun dish of fresh squid and wild asparagus noodles in black tempura. An ideal dish for sharing, accompanied by a delicious chive aioli that adds a pleasant freshness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
