If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are several types of products that cannot be returned. Perishable goods, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additional non-returnable items:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gift cards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Downloadable products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Some health and personal care items<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Book with evident signs of use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p><h2>Reembolsos<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method within a specified number of days.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Reimbursements overdue or not received<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then contact your credit card issuer.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then contact your bank. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
